There is speculation that ethical ETs are restrained by the Prime Directive from directly interfering in human affairs, something which the "Secret Agreement" ETs have violated in their power-oriented agreements with the earth's power elite.

Extensive testimonial evidence exists of secret government and corporate agreements concerning extraterrestrial civilizations. The evidence suggests that such agreements have been in place since at least the 1950s in the United States with the covert cooperation of other major nations. A select group of whistleblowers have come forward to offer testimony of events or documents they witnessed that support the existence of such agreements. What follows are some of the testimonies of whistleblowers for whom public documentation is available. Such documentation supports their claims of being at classified locations where events or documents suggesting secret agreements may have been witnessed as they claim.Lt. Col. Clark McClelland was a former Space Craft Operator who during his 34 year career from 1958-1992, served on the Mercury, Apollo, SkyLab, Space Shuttle and International Space Station. During a Space Shuttle mission, he witnessed an extraterrestrial communicating with tethered astronauts:I, Clark C. McClelland, former ScO, Space Shuttle Fleet, personally observed an 8 to 9 foot tall ET on his 27 inch video monitors while on duty in the Kennedy Space Center, Launch Control Center (LCC). Don Philips was a former U.S. Air Force and aerospace engineer with Lockheed Martin. He directly worked on advanced aerospace projects, and witnessed events and documents confirming that some of these projects were based on extraterrestrial technologies. What are aliens? What are the classic characteristics of an encounter with an alien. Most say Large heads, and small frail bodies. Many say that aliens may communicate through some kind of mental telepathy. The one thing that everyone agrees on is that if there are aliens, they are much more advanced than us both technically and physically. How do aliens relate to us (Humans)? Think about us and how different we are than creatures such as homo-erectus and the ape-like creatures that we evolved from hundreds of thousands of years ago. It is an undisputable fact that evolution is part of our past and will continue far into the future. Think about how many things have changed in just the past hundred years or so. That is a very short amount of time from a evolutionary prospective. Could anyone imagine what the world will be like in a thousand years or one hundred thousand years? I bet if we could see it we would not believe our eyes. What if the beings we call "aliens" are actually the product of humans after many thousands of years of evolution.

Here is why: A creature will evolve in time to perform best in its environment or die off. Charles Darwin noted that Birds that developed larger harder beaks in areas where the food supply was primarily hard seeds and nuts thrived while other bird species died off. What do you think the human of the future will evolve into? It seems that as technology becomes more and more advanced there is less of a need to be physically strong and more of a need to expand mental capacity. It also seems that communication is the key to learning, teaching and advancing our mental capabilities. Since humans have developed a way of communicating Ideas through language our species has thrived and advanced tremendously. Even today we still try to expand and create new and better ways to communicate (telephone, internet, palm pilot, cell phone and so on). I think you are getting the picture. Interestingly, the strongest hints in the Bible of the possibility of extra-terrestrial entities are found in the first and last books - Genesis and Revelation. Genesis 2:1 says, "Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them." After the "war in heaven" described in Revelation Chapter 12, the 12th verse reads "Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabitors of the earth…" Clearly a distinction is made that there are those that live on the earth, and those that do not.


Checking the original languages, heavens refers to both the seeming metaphysical "abode of God" (Strong’s 3774 Greek) and "the realm above the clouds, where celestial bodies revolve" (8064 Hebrew). The honest Bible scholar will admit that these references could refer either to angelic beings, or perhaps even to beings inhabiting other planets. It is clear from the scriptures however that only Adam was made in God’s image, created to exercise dominion on this planet (Gen 1:26-28). No other living being(s) have authority to speak for God or rule on earth. After The Fall however, the Bible teaches that "Adam begat a son in his image (fallen), in his own likeness…" (Gen 5:3). Now we are born into this world separated from God, without His authority or dominion.


Enter the God-man. Referred to in scripture as "the last Adam," God became flesh and dwelt among us. "He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not" (John 1:10). The creator of the universe walked on the earth in the form of the man, Jesus Christ – "Who is the image of the invisible God... For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth… all things were created by him … and having made peace through the blood of his cross to reconcile all things to himself, whether they be things on earth or things in heaven…" (Colossians 1:15-20).
The astounding claim of the Bible is both that there are beings that do not live or exist on earth, and that Jesus Christ is credited with their creation. Jesus’ death and resurrection offers redemption from the curse of Adam, as the sin that separated humanity from God was atoned for at the cross. Now each of us has a choice to make - whether to be reconciled to God by faith in this redemption. The Bible teaches that all intelligent life – whether on earth or the outermost heavenly realms – will one day confess that Jesus Christ is the true Lord of ALL creation.


Modern channelers and contactees sometimes report that Jesus is actually with or directing the aliens they speak to, but it is not Jesus of the Bible they are speaking of, or even authentic aliens they are usually found to be speaking to. Japan Confronts Space Alien Invasion Plans
December 21, 2007: The Japanese Minister of Defense is calling for efforts to work out the military and legal issues that would result if Japanese were attacked by extraterrestrials. In The UFO - Jesus Connection, author David E. Twichell shows how aliens have interacted with people since the days of Biblical contact with angels. The ancient astronaut and Biblical UFO hypotheses are not new. However, Twichell claims no one seems to want to take the matter to the next logical step. FORMER NASA astronaut and moon-walker Dr Edgar Mitchell - a veteran of the Apollo 14 mission - has stunningly claimed aliens exist.
And he says extra-terrestrials have visited Earth on several occasions - but the alien contact has been repeatedly covered up by governments for six decades.

High energy collisions by the nearly-completed Large Hadron Collider (LHC) may be able to generate particles that are sensitive to dimensions beyond our four dimensional space-time. Beings of Light" are mentioned by abductees and reported on in various books, including Passport to the Cosmos by Dr. John Mack and in Linda Moulton Howe's book, Glimpses of Other Realities Volume II, among others. Some abductees have been told by the aliens that the "beings of light" are in a transitional state from their dimension to ours. Perhaps these beings were in transition.
