raelity

rael is, i believe, the single greatest bridge that our world has to traversing the issues of the 21st century and beyond. he is a true being of light, a superconductor of truth, and one sexy s.o.b:

Raëlism is the religious, naturalist belief system promoted by the Raëlian Movement, an atheist UFO religion founded in 1970s which focuses on the social ideas of sexual self-determination, individualism, and humanitarianism in the spirit of sharing and responsibility, which, they claim, will bring a new age of wealth and peace guided by those with greater intelligence, as predicted by main religions. They also believe in scientifically advanced humanoid extraterrestrials known by our primitive ancestors as Elohim (or "those who came from the sky"). Raëlism espouses belief that Elohim synthesized life on Earth through mastery of genetic engineering, and that human cloning and "mind transfer" are mechanisms by which eternal life may be achieved.According to Raël, a message explaining our origins and future was dictated to him in December 1973, during personal meetings with a 25,000-year-old extraterrestrial named Yahweh who came in a UFO. The story goes that after terraforming the Earth, human beings from another planet — the "Elohim" (Hebrew for the word "God" as found in the Hebrew Old Testament, which the extraterrestrial himself translated as meaning those who came from the sky in ancient Hebrew) — created humans and all life on earth using DNA manipulation and genetic engineering. The message dictated to Raël during his encounter with the Elohim states that the Elohim contacted about forty people to act as their prophets on Earth, among which are those who founded the world's major religions (Moses, Buddha, Jesus, Muhammad, etc.)The Raëlians believe, furthermore, that the Elohim will visit the earth officially when enough of its population is peaceful and come to know about them. They believe this is foretold in all religious texts - the predicted "Age of Apocalypse" or "Revelation" (unveiling of the truth).

Many abduction experiences are unequivocally spiritual, which involves some sort of powerful encounter with, or immersion in, divine light . . . The alien beings, although resented for their intrusive activities, may also be seen as intermediaries, closer than we are to God or the source of being. Sometimes . . . they may even be seen as angels or analogous to God. A number of abductees with whom I have worked experience at certain points an openingup to the source of being in the cosmos.--John E Mack, ABDUCTION: HUMAN ENCOUNTERS WITH ALIENS

Interestingly, the strongest hints in the Bible of the possibility of extra-terrestrial entities are found in the first and last books - Genesis and Revelation. Genesis 2:1 says, "Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them." After the "war in heaven" described in Revelation Chapter 12, the 12th verse reads "Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabitors of the earth…" Clearly a distinction is made that there are those that live on the earth, and those that do not.

Checking the original languages, heavens refers to both the seeming metaphysical "abode of God" (Strong’s 3774 Greek) and "the realm above the clouds, where celestial bodies revolve" (8064 Hebrew). The honest Bible scholar will admit that these references could refer either to angelic beings, or perhaps even to beings inhabiting other planets. It is clear from the scriptures however that only Adam was made in God’s image, created to exercise dominion on this planet (Gen 1:26-28). No other living being(s) have authority to speak for God or rule on earth. After The Fall however, the Bible teaches that "Adam begat a son in his image (fallen), in his own likeness…" (Gen 5:3). Now we are born into this world separated from God, without His authority or dominion.

Enter the God-man. Referred to in scripture as "the last Adam," God became flesh and dwelt among us. "He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not" (John 1:10). The creator of the universe walked on the earth in the form of the man, Jesus Christ – "Who is the image of the invisible God... For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth… all things were created by him … and having made peace through the blood of his cross to reconcile all things to himself, whether they be things on earth or things in heaven…" (Colossians 1:15-20).
The astounding claim of the Bible is both that there are beings that do not live or exist on earth, and that Jesus Christ is credited with their creation. Jesus’ death and resurrection offers redemption from the curse of Adam, as the sin that separated humanity from God was atoned for at the cross. Now each of us has a choice to make - whether to be reconciled to God by faith in this redemption. The Bible teaches that all intelligent life – whether on earth or the outermost heavenly realms – will one day confess that Jesus Christ is the true Lord of ALL creation.

Modern channelers and contactees sometimes report that Jesus is actually with or directing the aliens they speak to, but it is not Jesus of the Bible they are speaking of, or even authentic aliens they are usually found to be speaking to. Put them to the tests described in 1 John 4:1 and 1 Cor 12:3 - they will flee or become extremely irritated with you! We are told in the Bible to have communications only with "spirits" that will confess the fleshly incarnation of God in Jesus Christ. Good angels - or even extra-terrestrials that know and serve God - will confess that God came to Earth in the flesh, as Jesus of Nazareth. ---http://www.alienresistance.og
