Summary: The color video footage, which lasts for a total of two minutes and fifty-five seconds, was apparently smuggled out of the secret Groom Lake "Area 51" facility in Nevada by a man referring to himself as "Victor". The video film depicts a "Grey" alien being interrogated at the government facility. The footage first came to light on the Art Bell radio show on 13th March, 1997 when ufologist Sean David Morton was interviewed.

Background The color video footage, which lasts for a total of two minutes and fifty-five seconds, was apparently smuggled out of the secret Groom Lake "Area 51" facility in Nevada by a man referring to himself as "Victor". The video film depicts a Grey alien being interrogated at the government facility. The footage first came to light on the Art Bell radio show on 13th March, 1997 when ufologist Sean David Morton was interviewed. Morton claimed the interrogation was fairly recent, sometime in 1996, and that renowned UFO expert Bob Dean apparently cried at the advanced screening of the film. After claiming to have smuggled the film out of the Groom Lake facility in Nevada, Victor resolved to have the footage broadcast on network television as soon as possible in order to pulicly expose his claims. Victor believes that if his identity is discovered and he is subsequently assassinated, this would only further help to confirm the claims and authenticity behind the film. Victor approached many television companies in his attempts to show the footage to the public. He first approached Fox TV, who turned him down after the problems in authenticity they had when the Roswell autopsy footage was shown by them. Fox felt they were being deceived for a second time. Eventually, in July 1996, Victor found an independent production company in Los Angeles, California called Rocket Home Pictures Productions, who agreed to produce a documentary based around the interview. Morton was brought in by Rocket's president, Tom Coleman, to give his views, thus being the first "outsider" to view the footage. Contents Of The Video After seeing the interview footage, Morton provides a chilling and detailed description of what he saw: "The film was shot through a large plane of glass. There was no sound accompanying the images. The interview took place in a darkened room, lit with an eerie greenish glow, I could make out the silhouettes of two men, one dressed in military uniform with what appeared to be the stars on the epaulet of his jacket, and another more casually dressed man with his hand occassionally rubbing his forehead. They sat with their backs to the camera at one end of a long table, which was littered with wires, chords and microphones.

There were what appeared to be medical devices. One in particular was blinking erratically, as if it was monitoring a very sick heart. And there sitting at the end of the table was a small, beige-skinned, black-eyed, bulbous headed creature, the like of which haunt the nightmares of thousands of unwilling abductees." Morton made many references to the creature's sick appearance and condition. The alien made very jerky movements and kept bobbing up and down. He continued to describe the apparently distressed state the creature was in. "Its skin was a pinkish beige, but the rest of the head looked purple and bruised, as if it had suffered severe contusions across the skull." The contents of the tape grew progressively more disturbing. Towards the end of the tape, the creature goes into what appears to be violent spasms, as if it was having a seizure. The mouth of the alien opens and closes before a foam begins to come out. At that point the heart monitor (as described by Morton) begins to start jumping wildly, at which point the man in the military looking uniform signals to a couple of medics, who rush into the frame and aid the alien. As the doctors treat the alien, the footage suddenly comes to an abrupt end. Fact or Fiction? The authenticity of the footage is seen differently by many people. Morton is convinced the footage is real due to strong relationships with stories of alien abductees and the information on the footage in the lower part of the frame. I myself am dubious, but do recognise the factors which lead to its possible true authenticity. The ET's appearance and features are recognisable as those mentioned by hundreds of abductees. Known as "The Gourdos" or the more feared "Grey" species, the alien is instantly recognisable by any Ufologist. Another factor helping the video's authenticity is the information etched into the bottom of the video. The footage has the characters DNI/27 burnt into the bottom line of the frame, along with what appears to be the time code numbers for date, minutes and seconds. The letters DNI could be an acronym for the Department of Naval Intelligence, the group responsible for the Area 51 base, a fact not many people know about. The DNI connection to Area 51 has been widely investigated. George Knapp, the TV journalist who encouraged Bob Lazar to go public with his knowledge has shown that Lazar's pay cheques from the time he claimed to be working at Area 51 had DNI stamped on them. Victor's Reasoning The best place to possibly determine the authenticity of the alien interview footage is the source, in this case a mysterious man known as Victor who won't reveal ANY specific details about himself in fear of discovery and assassination. If the man is telling the truth about his background at Area 51, then this is understandable. But how can the film be verified without any knowledge of it? The producer of the documentary, Jeff Broadstreet, does know how Victor took the footage from the base. Victor told him he managed to obtain a copy of the video when in an unsupervised moment. Broadstreet stated the following: "He was assisting in the process of downloading a large amount of video analogue tape to storage on DVD or digital video disc." He further explains that Victor deliberately removed the audio track to protect the identity of the men in the video and to also help protect his own anonymity. Victor also told the producer that he thought the man on the left, who is seen with his hand to his head during much of the segment, is a military telepath apparently used to assist in communication with the creature. Since the creature is obviously in a great deal of distress, when Broadstreet asked if the creature died later, Victor replied cryptically, "I'm not sure, but I know it was retired from the interview process." According to Victor, the contents of the removed audio track involved an attempt at trying to obtain some form of technological information from the alien about the coordinates of a ship or object. He does not know, or wouldn't tell, whether the alien was attending the interview voluntarily or against his will after he had been recovered from some UFO crash retrieval operation.

There is no cure for Alien Hand Syndrome (Hand With A Mind Of Its Own), a neurological disorder. The victim with this syndrome will have one of his/her hand act on its own. Science explains that a person has this syndrome because of disconnection of brain parts. People who believe in spiritual beings and the unexplainable will say that it is a curse. Sometimes saying that the hand is possessed by an alien creature or ghost spirit, demons, etc.

"There are two kinds of encounters with aliens you can have," said Seth Shostak, senior astronomer at the California-based SETI Institute. "Either you pick up a signal, or you pick them up on the corner. But I think it's safe to say that in both instances they will be synthetic. They will be artificial constructions.""Within another 100 years we will presumably be making thinking machines ourselves," he said. And because we're almost certainly the new kids on the block when it comes to interstellar communication and travel, any civilization that makes contact with us would likely be much farther along.
Such a civilization could create swarms of robo-broadcasters to ping the surrounding habitable star systems, or "one giant machine that's sitting somewhere just belching out the local weather report," Shostak said. If the aliens felt the need to send out actual emissaries, an intelligent machine would be best suited for survival over the time scales required for interstellar flight.

Astronomer Jeffrey Bennett, author of the newly published book "Beyond UFOs," agreed with Shostak's assessment. In his book, Bennett speculates that there might be 100,000 Earthlike planets in our galaxy where intelligent life could have arisen over the past 5 billion years. If you average that out, that comes to one galactic civilization for every 50,000 years. His conclusion? The typical alien civilization will be at least 50,000 years older than ours.
"I find myself personally hesitant to imagine anything that far advanced," Bennett told me. "No one imagined the Internet 50 years ago, and we're trying to imagine what things would be like after 50,000 years of technological development? I just don't think we could make really good guesses, other than to say it will be incredible."

Almost from the start, sex and UFOs were inseparable bedfellows. The adventure of 23-year-old Antonio Villas Boas on 16 October 1957 in Brazil is probably the most famous case of interstellar intercourse.
Antonio was ploughing a field on the family farm when the engine of his tractor cut out; at the same time, an object with purple lights descended from the sky. Humanoids in spacesuits emerged from the object and took him into their craft, subjecting him to what seemed like a medical examination. They stripped him, spread a strange liquid over him and took a sample of his blood. He was left alone in a room for what seemed a long time, until a beautiful, fair-haired woman arrived.
She was naked and Antonio was instantly attracted to her. Without speaking or kissing, they had sex, during which she growled like a dog. Despite his strange circumstances or perhaps because the alien liquid had Viagra-like properties Antonio was soon ready for a second helping. Interviewed later, he said: "Before leaving she turned to me, pointed to her belly, and smilingly pointed to the sky."
Before letting him go, his captors gave Antonio a guided tour of the spaceship. Antonio went on to become a successful lawyer and still stood by his story over 30 years later.

"Good" versus "Bad" Alien

Throughout the 50+ odd years of UFO sighting reports, a close study would show that there have been definite patterns both on the alien side, and on the government side.
Speaking of the alien side - One example of this would be the lack of humanoid sightings in today's UFO reports compared to reports of the fifties and sixties, or the case of "Physical Trace Cases." According to Ted Phillips, who is the world expert on the phenomena, "during the peak years there was an average of one UFO/trace event every two days. This was during the late 1960's through the early 1980's. Since that time the numbers and quality have dropped to below 20 a year and that would be a good year." In the year 2001, there was not a single confirmed "landing-trace case."
Another apparent pattern that has occurred in Ufology is the dominance of the space brothers in the 1950's who were kind, interacted with people who became known as contactees, and took people for rides in their space crafts.
This pattern changed dramatically with the abduction of Betty and Barney Hill in the early 1960's. The space brother human types of the 1950's seemed to fade away, and they were replaced in the UFO literature with another type of alien.
In the early sixties the first abduction of the Hills began a new pattern where the aliens were grey "evil" aliens who would abduct people against their will, and perform medical procedures on them. There were, as far as this author is aware no confirmed cases of "classic" abductions in the 1950's.
Unlike the "good" space brothers of the 1950's these grey aliens were described by all, who were unfortunate enough to have met with them, as being distant and without emotions.
Mrs. Francis Swan, was a contactee for one of the space brother aliens in the 1950's. She was studied more than most by the American government as a link to a possible understanding of who the aliens were, and why they were coming to earth. She symbolized contact with the space brothers who had arrived to "save the planet from atomic weapons."
In the early 1960's after the Hill abduction, the National Investigation Committee on Aerial Phenomena took up the Hill case for investigation. There was some disagreement within NICAP how legitimate the case might be because of the bizarre new nature of the tale. NICAP really didn’t know what to do.
Vice-Admiral Herbert Knowles, was a NICAP board member who had been in contact with Mrs. Hill trying to help her come to grips with what had happened to her. He also had been the NICAP board member who had been the leading investigator of the Francis Swan contact when it began in 1954.
Part of his interest in the two cases lay in the fact that he lived very close to the two women, one who was a key symbol of the 1950 space brothers, and one who was the prime symbol of the new greys. The two key women, in fact, lived less than five miles from each other along the New Hampshire/Maine border.
In his work with Betty Hill, Knowles suggested that he put the two women together for a meeting. He felt that the experienced Mrs. Swan could comfort Mrs. Hill, and explain to her why that the aliens were here, and that there was nothing to fear from the encounter she had experienced.
To everyone’s surprise, when Knowles approached Mrs. Hill with the idea, Mrs. Swan flat out refused any meeting in any form. "Mrs. Hill," Mrs. Swan told Knowles was in contact with the "evil ones," and not the "good ones" that she had been involved with. She would have nothing to do with Hill and her little grey aliens.
Thus, just as the greys were making their appearance on the UFO stage, Mrs. Swan had already pointed them out as evil entities that were here to cause trouble. It appears that as the stories of the greys has developed, many researchers would agree with Mrs. Swan’s early assessment.
In an effort to try and explore this transition from the blonds of the 50's to the greys of the 60's, this author questioned Mrs. Swan in the late 1980s to explain the difference between the "good" aliens and the "evil" aliens. It was hoped Mrs. Swan might elaborate on just why the space brothers had disappeared and how and why the grays emerged on the UFO scene.
Mrs. Swan, however, would add nothing to my new theory about how the alien types had developed. Her advice was simple and biblical. "The ‘good ones’ work for God," she told me, and the ‘evil ones’ work for the devil. Read your Bible."
The search for an explanation to the pattern continues.

U.S. pilot was ordered to shoot down UFO!!!
He was told to never talk about Cold War incident; files now are public.

LONDON - An American fighter pilot flying from an English air base at the height of the Cold War was ordered to open fire on a massive UFO that lit up his radar, according to an account published by Britain’s National Archives on Monday.
The fighter pilot said he was ordered to fire a full salvo of rockets at the UFO moving erratically over the North Sea — but that at the last minute the object picked up enormous speed and disappeared. The account, first published in Britain’s Daily Star newspaper more than 17 years ago and to this day unverified by military authorities, was one of many carried in the 1,500 pages the archives made available online.
The unnamed pilot said he and another airman were scrambled on the night of May 20, 1957, to intercept an unusual “bogey” on radars at a Royal Air Force Station Manston, an airfield at the southeastern tip of England about 75 miles from central London.

This was a flying object with very unusual flight patterns,” the pilot said, according to a typed manuscript of his account mailed to Britain’s Ministry of Defense by a UFO enthusiast in 1988. “In the initial briefing it was suggested to us that the bogey actually was motionless for long intervals.”
Ordered to fly at full throttle in cloudy weather, the pilot said he was given the order to fire a volley of 24 rockets at the mysterious object.
“To be quite candid I almost [expletive] my pants!” the pilot said, saying he asked for confirmation — which he received.
Retired U.S. airman Milton Torres told Britain’s Sky News on Monday that he was the pilot and has spent 50 frustrating years attempting to uncover the truth of his aerial encounter.
Speaking from his home in Miami, Torres said he never saw the UFO with his naked eyes, but watched in awe as it appeared on his jet’s radar and sped off before he had chance to fire.
“All of a sudden as it was coming in, it decided to take off and leave me behind ... The next thing I know it was gone,” Torres told Sky News. “It was some kind of space alien craft. It was so fast, it was so incredible ... it was absolutely death-defying.”
Impossible to miss?In the newly published government file, the U.S. airman said the UFO appeared impossible to miss.
“The blip was burning a hole in the radar with its incredible intensity,” the pilot said. “It was similar to a blip I had received from B-52’s and seemed to be a magnet of light. ... I had a lock on that had the proportions of a flying aircraft carrier.”
As he closed in on the object to prepare for combat, however, the object began to move wildly before fading off his radar. The target gone, the mission was called off, and he returned to base to an odd reception.
“I had not the foggiest idea what had actually occurred, nor would anyone explain anything to me,” the pilot said. He said he was led to a man in civilian clothes, who “advised me that this would be considered highly classified and that I should not discuss it with anybody not even my commander.”
“He disappeared without so much as a goodbye and that was that, as far as I was concerned,” the pilot said, according to the account.
No military recordBritain’s military said it had no record of the incident, according to the files. Neither did the U.S. military. The second pilot’s account, also included in the files, paints a somewhat different picture of events, saying there were not one but several “unknowns” and that he did not remember being contacted by anyone about staying quiet. He did not mention the targets’ size.
“I know this is not a very exciting narrative but it is all I can recall,” the second pilot said.His name, like his colleague’s, was redacted from the files.

Night Fishing
As 77-year-old Alfred Burtoo was fishing the Basingstoke Canal in the peaceful early hours of the morning of August 12, 1983, he saw a brilliant light descend from the sky and settle on the nearby towpath. Thinking it must be a helicopter from the nearby MOD base, he took no notice and poured himself a cup of tea from his Thermos flask. Then his dog, Tiny, began whining furiously and two figures emerged from the darkness.
"They were about four foot high, dressed in pale green coveralls from head to foot," Burtoo told reporters. "And they had helmets of the same colour with a visor that was blacked out."
The strangers gestured to Burtoo to accompany them. Calmly setting down his cup of tea, the intrepid pensioner follow them along the towpath towards a saucer-shaped craft. "I was 77 and didn't have much to lose," he later explained.
Inside the Saucer
Climbing up a set of steps into the saucer, Burtoo discovered that the ceiling was so low he had to stoop. He found himself inside a black, metallic octagonal chamber, which smelt slightly of decaying meat.
"I did not see any signs of nuts or bolts, nor did I see any seams where the object had been put together," he recalled. "What did interest me most of all was a shaft that rose up from the floor to the ceiling. The shaft was about four feet in circumference, and on the right-hand side stood two forms similar to those that walked along the towpath with me."
One of the beings told the old man to stand beneath an orange light, which appeared to scan him for a few minutes. "What is your age?" asked the entity, in a "sing-song" voice which sounded like "a mixture of Chinese and Russian". When he replied that he was 78, it declared: "You can go. You are too old and infirm for our purposes." Bemused, Burtoo climbed down from the saucer and returned to his fishing spot.
"The first thing I did... was to pick up my cold cup of tea and drink it," he recalled. "And then I heard this whining noise, just as if an electric generator was starting up, and this thing lifted up then took off at a very high speed."
Apparently unfazed by his bizarre encounter, Burtoo resumed the task at hand. "I got into what I had come out for - the fishing!" Despite his rather curt reception, he later declared his nocturnal adventure to have been "the greatest experience of my life".
Quality Control?
Alfred Burtoo is not alone in having apparently failed an alien medical test. American abductee Carl Higdon believed that he had been rejected as a guinea pig for a hybrid breeding program because his captors discovered that he had had a vasectomy. Likewise, Luis Oswald, an elderly Brazilian abducted in 1979 by beings who claimed to be from "a small galaxy near Neptune", reported that she had endured a lengthy examination then been told she was "of no use".

Over the past five years, the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut area have been the scene of a massive number of UFO sightings.

During the last part of June (1987) as she was lying down on her bed, Gail of Toms River, New Jersey felt somewhat uneasy, as if someone was watching her. The time was 10:00 PM.
She then heard a voice say, "We have come for you... You will not be hurt."
She then realized that her entire body was paralyzed, and that she could only move her eyes. Gail was lying on her back. She was alone in the house at the time, but does live there with her seventeen-year-old daughter, who was away visiting her father in Croton Falls N.Y. Gail is divorced.
Three beings were dressed in something that looked like tightlyfitting jumpsuits, and stood in a single row, one behind the other. The light in the hall was dim, and she could not see their features. She noticed they were about five feet tall with very long arms. The leader, according to Gail, seemed to have a problem getting into the room. It was as if some type of invisible shield was blocking his way. He lifted up his hand and pressed them against the invisible shield.
The leader then took some type of rod out from a side pocket and turned the bottom of it. The rod then glowed with a green light and he passed it over the doorway area. They then walked into the room without any effort. As they entered the room still in a single file, she noticed that they had large heads and eyes that looked like a cat's which wrapped around their heads. She never heard them talk, but heard all kinds of buzzing noises in her head when the leader communicated with the others.
Gail tried to scream but could not, she could only move her eyes. The leader placed himself on her right side, and then one of them went to the foot of the bed and the other on the left side of the bed. The beings on each side of her then placed their hands under her head and raised it up.
She then noticed that the one on her left took a tube of what looked like a narrow roll of white cotton and started pushing it up her left nostril. At that moment she felt extreme pain in her head and then started to lose consciousness. She felt as if she was falling from a great height, then she does not remember anymore.
The next thing she recalls is waking up at 8: 00 AM, with a very bad headache. As she walked to the bathroom, her nose (both nostrils) started to bleed. On the evening of January 25, 1967, Betty Andreasson was in her kitchen at South Ashburnham, Massachusetts. Her seven children, mother, and father were in the living room. At about 6:35 p.m., the house lights suddenly blinked out for a moment. Then, a pulsating reddish-orange light shined in the kitchen window. Betty calmed the frightened children while her father rushed to look out the kitchen window. He saw a group of strange-looking small creatures approaching with a hopping motion. Five small humanoid creatures entered the house, passing right through the wooden door.
Betty's family was immediately placed into suspended animation. One creature went over to her father. The leader of the other four established telepathic communication with Betty.
The leader was about five feet tall. The others were about four feet tall. All had large pear-shaped heads, wide catlike wraparound eyes, and diminutive ears and noses. Their mouths were immobile slits that reminded Betty of scar lines. Each wore a coverall blue uniform adorned with a Sam Browne-type belt. An insignia of a bird was affixed to their sleeves. Their hands had three digits. (Later, on the craft, they were gloved.) They wore boot-like attire on their feet. They floated rather than walked.
Betty's initial fright was immediately calmed by an overpowering sense of friendship. When she displayed concern for her family's welfare, the creatures temporarily released her eleven-year-old daughter, Becky, from this strange state of unawareness to assure Betty that she was all right.
Then Betty was taken outside and brought on board a small craft resting on the side of a hill that sloped into the back yard. The machine was about twenty feet in diameter. It looked like two saucers, one inverted upon the other, with a small superstructure on top. The small craft accelerated and apparently merged with a larger parent craft, in which Betty was subjected to the effects of strange equipment and a physical examination. Then she was taken to an alien place and given a bizarre object lesson that caused her to undergo a painful yet ecstatic religious-like experience.
Later that night, a 10:40 p.m., Betty was returned home by two of her alien captors. At home, she found her family still in a state of suspended animation. One being had stayed behind to watch over them during her absence. Then the beings put the family - still under some type of mind control - to bed, and the aliens left.

Several times, the aliens had told Betty that certain things had been locked in her mind. She was instructed to forget them and her UFO experience until the appointed time. She consciously remembered only a fraction of the strange encounter; the power failure, the colored light flashing through the window, and the aliens entering the house.
Betty, a devout Christian, interpreted the creatures as religious or angelic in nature. The subject of UFOs was largely unknown to her. Her education had been limited to ten years of schooling, her basic interests included family, church, and community-related activities.
